The website, bakleclasses.com and the subdomains onlinelearning.bakleclasses.com, hereinafter referenced as site or website, is operated by Bakle Classes. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bakle Classes.

Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this Site in any way, including using any Services, downloading Materials, or merely browsing the Site (capitalized terms defined below), you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document and any changes thereto that “Bakle Classes.” (referred to hereinafter as "The Institute") may publish from time to time (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). b. We deem to be child pornography, excessively violent, harassing, inappropriate, indecent, lascivious, lewd, obscene, profane, racist, harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

c. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

d. In the sole judgment of the Institute, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose Institute or its users to any harm or liability of any type.

e. Would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law.

II. Pricing Policy

Price Range

At Bakle Classes, we have customised pricing according to the services and/or products provided by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. Typically the range of transactions on our website varies from INR 500 to INR 50,000.

Schedule of payment

Some of our services can be utilised for fixed durations. In such cases, it is clearly mentioned within the description of these services. The period of usages in these cases usually varies from 1 month to 1 year. Courses do not renew automatically.

Pricing Errors

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If the price of a service and/or product is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

III. Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund policy. As of now we do not provide any option for cancellation of products and/or services you have purchased. Once a product and/or service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially. We suggest that first you go through the demo and/or free to use contents/products/services before you make a purchase.
